Is there a security setup needed to enable edit ability in the asset interface review page?

There interface has an error, and I wanted to edit the transactions however, the fields are not editable even if i swich the load status to 'In Process'.  I'm in image 24, tools 8.56.05. What is the alternative the transactions. ?
