Smart View Planning Extension - Does not Show up in Smartview (No "Extensions" under Options)

Hi, first time posting, new user so take it easy on me!

I fallen into a position where I need to support our company's Hyperion Cloud.  We are on all the new versions, just went live.  All the software versions I am downloading are from today off the Application section "Downloads" under my User Name. I have Smartview installed and everything is working.

I am trying to install the Planning Extension into Smartview and it is simply not showing up.  I compared the files with a co-worker that has it working and it looks the same to me. 

No disabled Add-ins
