How to change Internal Requisition's Deliver-To Location and Internal Order Ship-To Address

How can we change the Ship-To Address on an Internal Sales Order once it is created and booked ?

We have two internal Locations in our Swiss Organization. Production is for example planned to be made in first location so needed Internal Requisitions are created with that internal location in Deliver-To Location. But it happens that production is finally moved to the second internal location. As a result, we would need to update the internal sales order (internal requisition) so that the Ship-to address correspond to the second internal location address and material is correctly ship to second address.

Unfortunately, seeded processing constraint are preventing such update for internal sales orders.
