Email Marketing Server SMTP Authentication

We are trying to use siebel email marketing server 2.18.8 with siebel enterprise 20.2. Installation of ESD, BHD and CTD of siebel email marketing server is completed successfully. What should be the parameters in ehd.properties for specifying SMTP Sever name, port and username/password. I tried many methods from oracle support documents. Still the Email is getting bounced with protocol problem.
