Workflow Option list not updating.

I've been making changes to some workflows, mainly with what populates in certain information fields. In the configuration manager the information fields display the correct values, even after publishing, cleaning my cache, signing out and back in, and using a different browser, the changes don't appear to take hold when I check them in the actual workflow steps. I'm not sure why this would be.
