SOA integration repository in Oracle EBS 12.2.8

Hi everyone,

Just want to have clarification about SOA integration repository in Oracle EBS 12.2.8 version. 

1. Is the licence cost is included(SOA integration repository)  in Oracle EBS 12.2.8 or want to buy separate license for that.

2. Can you let me know that information in Oracle site or where we can get the info about Oracle EBS12.2.8 with SOA integration repository.

Currently we are using Oracle EBS 12.1.3 version with Custom SOAP Web services in SOA integration repository and planning to migrate Oracle EBS 12.2.8 version
