Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. When we try to take RMA for KIT Item.

It only consider one item with KIT Item , while gives below error on RMA Order

ID 10705311

Can anyone guide to fix this error.
