Evaluate Life Event - Batch Process

Hi,

I am running the 'Evaluate Life Event' Batch process in the Evaluation & Reporting work area in Benefits for Conversion Event. The process seems to have frozen, it has only processed for 6 employees (errored out) and remaining 10k+ employees are still in unprocessed state and although the process is running for a considerable amount of time, I see no change in the number of employees moving to processed state. I have run the process earlier in other environment and did not come across such an issue. The process ran for the entire population although there were some fall outs.
