Post-Election Edit Rule for Individual Compensation Distributions

Hello,

We have implemented Oracle Stand Benefits on Oracle E-Business Suite. We are on version 12.1.3.

We have Individual Compensation Distributions (ICD) that has been set up to be administered through the Manager Self- Service. I have a requirement to add a new option for the existing ICDs. Lets call this Option 3. Option 1 and Option 2 are already available and used in the current  ICD Plan. The requirement is to display Option 3 on the Manager Self Service drop down, but to display a message to prevent the selection of Option 3 if Option 1 or Option 2 is already assigned to the employees. I was trying to implement this through a Post-Election Edit
