URG:DEV:Is it possible to Update OKC_REP_CON_ACTIONS

Background -

In 12.1.2 Version, we have started using the Repository Contracts and went through the Implementation guide.

As per the Implementation guide , we have set a business process to Set the Draft Contracts to Signed Status as we do not use Approvals.

But after 12.2.7 upgrade, the Sign Contract Action code is missing when the Contract Status is in Draft.

Reference Note 2282952.1 "Sign Contract Action Missing After Upgrade"

-The Contracts Development team confirmed that the functionality was changed in R12.2.4 and it is no longer possible to directly sign Repository Contracts. Beginning in R12.2.4 it is required to submit the contract for approval and then sign it.
