Is it possible to create a requisition in OPM using OSP with multiple lines?

We are trying to implement OSP with OPM.  Some of our outside processers have complicated pricing models, and we have a requirement to generate requisitions with multiple lines to match these models.  Is it possible for OSP to automatically generate a requisition with multiple lines?  If it's not possible, can the user manually add lines to the OSP requisition before the PO has been created?
