regfunction Got Rpas exception: LoadLibraryException

Hello All,

I am getting an error while doing fullinstall for the first time to build a domain for the Grade configuration. Can anyone please help?

rpasInstal command :

rpasInstall -fullinstall -dh C:/root/testenv/domain -cn Grade -ch C:/root/testenv/Grade/configurations -in C:/root/testenv/Grade/data -log C:/root/testenv/logs/rpasInstall_$(date +%y%m%d).log -rf AppFunctions -rf ClusterEngine -p pgrp

Error :

regfunction Got Rpas exception:  LoadLibraryException

   Could not load library 'C:/Oracle/RPAS/RpasServer/applib/RpasFunctions.dll' (Window's error 193; %1 is not a valid Win32 application)

regfunction exited with status: 4

Error in regfunction; createRpasDomain cannot continue
