Dear Customer,

The below Kuwait patch is now available for download from My Oracle Support:

Patch 31302995-  KW: COVID-19 SOCIAL INSURANCE DEFERMENT

The patch number is:

Release 12.1 Branch : Patch 31302995:R12.PAY.B

Release 12.2 Branch : Patch 31302995:R12.PAY.C

Please follow the Readme Note for more details (Doc ID 2668818.1)

The pre-requisite patch levels for support on this patch is  12.1 HRMS RUP8 for R12.1 Branch and R12.HR_PF.C.delta.8 for R12.2 branch.

Note: Due to COVID-19 changes we are adding pre-requisite support on lower versions. However, we advise that you upgrade the codeline for 12.1 to Release 12.1 HRMS RUP12 (R12.HR_PF.B.delta.12) and 12.2 to Release 12.2 HRMS RUP13 (R12.HR_PF.C.Delta.13).
