Content set not reflecting update

Good Morning,

A user had requested that a content set for FSGs be updated to include a key value set roll up in it. Prior to updating the content set, they had asked me to move a location from one value set to another, which I have. I expanded the range of the content set to incorporate the value sets that had been adjusted, but when I run a generic P&L with the content set the data in the value set, while now included in the FSG, is not accurate/updating. If I were to run a generic P&L specifically targeting the value
