Where did the JNDI Connection go?

We are installing new OAS 5.5 hosts with the goal of replacing our OBIEE 12C environments.  We are currently setting up Auditing for Publisher.  One step from the OAS instructions is to setup a JNDI Connection called "AuditViewDB" with the "jdbc/AuditViewDataSource" in the jndi name field.   

However, when when we go to Administration -> Manage Publisher -> Data Sources there is no selection for JNDI Connection!  See the screen shot below.  Has anybody else ran into this problem with OAS?  We have done this in the past for OBIEE 12C.
