SiebelIP20 upgrade from SIebelIP16

Hi Team,

We are upgrading from Siebel IP16 to Siebel IP20 as a migration installation.

As part of migration installation, we have installed base version of IP 17 as below

Application interface in webserver

Gateway installation in gateway server

Siebel server installation in Siebel server

All the migration installation completed successfully.

Then we have tried to apply 20.4 patch in Siebel server, when we have applied patch 20.4 we have got below error:-

Starting Xerces execution.

Xerces executed.

Reading placeholderfortomcatServiceScript.txt file

Creating Application Container Service Script file

Tomcat Started.

Post Installation Database Setup execution started.

Writing Post Install Database Setup configuration details into Setup.ini file.
