Move GL balances from one Balancing segment to another

Hello,

I have a requirement to move GL balance from one Balancing segment to another balancing segment. Mass Maintenance workbench does not support balance movement to different balancing segment.  Could you please suggest, how we can handle this request? note: there are 1000's of them need a move.
