Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Clause creation error in Procurement contracts

Hello all,

I have a Word file (Contract Terms and Conditions) with 50 pages document contains formatting options.

I want to create Clause in for that document

Navigation: "Contract Terms Library administrator --> Contracts --> Contracts Terms Library --> Clauses"

Steps I followed,

Convert the word file into Word 2003 XML document.
Import the file into Clause.
Approved the Clause.
Attach the Clause into Template
Approve the Template
Attach the Template in PO Contract Terms.
Save
View PDF

When I click on View PDF, the below error has come.

"System failed to generate the PDF document. Please contact your system administrator."
