Grid Infrastructure on Windows 2012 R2 installation with service account

HI

I have installed Grid Infrastructure on Windows 2012 R2 using a with service account (svc-orawin).

After installation completed, I found in windows services console that few Oracle services are installed as with service account (svc-orawin) while others are running with local service. is this correct as per design?
