Supplier average scoring

Hello All,

We have performance evaluation with questionnaire with involve multiple team such as safety, quality and compliance.  After we gather feedback from different team the average scoring consider 0 for the team doesnt eligible provide feedback.

For example

1) Question for safety and assign to safety audit group - it weigh 30%

2) Question for Quality and assign to quality group - it weigh 30%

3) Question for compliance and involve all people - it weigh 40%

So the safety provide feedback only for safety questions and compliance which weigh only 70 of 100%, similar to Quality team response however the 30% we never receives feedback from either of the team.  So the system consider the remaining 30% as 0 mark, hence the average score for the supplier gets lowered however its not.
