OEM blackout during cold rman backup

I am trying to figure out the best approach to keep from getting notifications.  We have Cloud Control 13c with a 12c RAC OneNode DB DB that is in non-archivelog mode.  We want to do a full backup every Saturday morning.  So in the RMAN job we shut it down, startup mount, perform the backup and then alter database open.  Of course, Cloud Control goes crazy and sends out alerts.  The alerts first say that the CDB is down, then the PDB is down, and finally, it sends this  "[CRSD(182330)]CRS-2769: Unable to failover resource'ora.tr006aoc.train_pdb.svc'.  What is the best approach to
