Creating Query Issue for particular Forms in an Application

Hi Team,

I am trying to create a query in P09310|W09310E but not able to save it when I directly go to this form from fastpath.

Though it is showing me the Query Manager, its not showing all the options like Save, Reserve etc and the Create drop-down is also not working.

When I click save after selecting my desired fields and queries, its not asking me for a name for the UDO and nothing is happening.

But when I go to this form via the application and selecting the only row record (Row Definition Name), Its showing me the same record as a selected query and I am not able to edit this.
