determine the patch number for CPU patch oct 2018

i receive emails form oracle to install CPU patches. the title of this email is: Oracle Critical Patch Update for October 2018

untill now very few patching has been applied unfortunately in this environment (until april 2018). so i need to do some "old"maintenance.

when i open  the url mentioned in the mail:

it shows laods of information, but i dont'see the patch number i need to downlaod.

in my oracle support only a patch number is accepted.

how do i get my hands on the patch nummer i need?
