BI Publisher Template Builder Addin gets disabled

Hello,

I have BIP template builder for Excel 64-bit installed on my laptop and its been working file. Few days ago, I had to kill an Excel session and ever since the BI Publisher Add In does not appear in the Menu/Ribbon.

I have to manually go to Options->Addins->COM Addins->And check the check-box for BI Publisher Template Builder and then it shows up and I can use it without any issue.

But, once I exit Excel, the next time I reopen Excel, it's gone again and I have to follow those steps again. Annoying.

What needs to be done so that the addin shows up everytime without having to mess with Options?
