Partial billing of service Item

Dear Oracle Community members,

Looking for a guidance. Our customer sell product and service sold together.

To meet this requirement, created a two Items 1) Item A - Product 2) Item B - Service (Line only workflow)

Order are processed via interface,  so whenever the Item A - Product  is ordered, Item B - service is added to the interface with help of customization.

There is a requirement to ship the product partially i.e to extend of the product sold ( Item A), Service (Item-B) need to billed. Appreciate if you can share your thought or suggestion , it will really help us to overcome our challenge.
