Orchestrator Cross Reference Not working as expected

Hi Experts,

I am having issues with Cross Reference Component in orchestrator.

Orchestrator has 3 components

1. Form Request - Return grid values for selected rows of an application using Orchestrator Association Functionality.

2. Cross Reference - Pass one of the value through Cross Reference component ( which translates to email)

3. Message - Pass the Data from Step 1 & Email from step 2 to trigger email.

Results -

When 1 row is selected and Orchestrator is triggered every thing works fine.

The issue is when I select multiple rows e.g 2 Rows I get 3 emails instead of 2.

Not sure what is happening.
Could anyone please let me know what might be the issue?
