Restricting user access by object account

Hello,

Is it possible to restrict a user's access by the object account ranges in JD Edwards EnterpriseOne?

The non-Finance user has access to all business units but only needs to see the details of some object account ranges because she is responsible for the expenses in these accounts. The workaround was to use a report that extracts the data, but it would be better if she had the inquiry access to the T/B by Comparison P09210A or T/B by Object Account P09214 applications.
