Pivot Table within a for-each Group

I have created a BI Publisher template that has a for-each group and within that I have created a Pivot Table. I wanted to display the GL Dates across the Pivot Table for the current record of the outer for-each group. I am getting the total for all dates in each pivot table record. I have tried modifying the crosstab XPath several different ways and seem to get the same results.

I have attached 4 files.

2. RTF Template.

3. Generated Results Excel Spreadsheet

4. Expected Results Excel Spreadsheet

Can someone suggest what I am doing wrong?
