Forbid oracle to create/accept sql profiles automatically - possible?

Hi

About a week ago upgraded 12.1.0.2.0 to 19.6

(table statistics are max 2 week old)

First week was OK. Hadn't created any baselines or sql profiles, nothing - performance was good.

On Monday morning I noticed that some queries performance has gone down. So after investigating, I managed to create 2 sql plan baselines (since there were multiple plans, one of which was quite bad). Later that day I managed to disable 4 sql profiles, that were accepted by oracle maintenance task, that was run previous day on 10 PM or so.

So performance was good then.

Today, on Tuesday, after the maintenance task was run, I noticed that again, oracle had enabled these 4 very sql profiles
