How to Calculate projected withholding tax for unpaid invoices by sql query

in Payables and Cash Management - EBS (MOSC) Question

Hi

i'm currently working on a request in which i should get the projected withholding tax amount for unpaid invoices

please note in setup withholding tax are withheld at payment time .

so i need help get the right query to get the projected withholding tax , i'll appreciate your help .
