OEM 13c: usage of agent after Agent Decommission?

Hi all ,

in our test environment (Oracle OEM 13c) I have decommissioned an agent without removing the agent software on the target host itself. Due to this the agent software is stil installed on the target host. Now I wonder if there is any way to resync or to reconfigure the agent with the OMS once again. Or must I perform a complete new install of the agent on the target host? Since the agent software is still available on the target host I would like to figure out a way to resync or to reconfigure the agent with the OMS once
