GL Journal Approval workflow did not trigger in Oracle GL

in Enterprise Command Center Framework - EBS (MOSC) Question

Hi,

A journal has been uploaded by a user via WebADI in Oracle eBS GL and I can see entry/data against that journal in the tables: GL_JE_BATCHES, GL_JE_HEADERS, GL_JE_LINE but  can see any journal approval workflow trigger.

Also checked wf_notifications table and no data/entry found against that journal. Not able to see any workflow.

Can some one help me to know what might have caused and why the workflow not generated.
