Print Immediate - PCL - Custom Font

Goodmorning,

I need help printing Delivery Note report with Bi Publisher.

Printers work only in PCL mode and I need to setup the RD with print immediate.

Because of PCL, for the logo, I used a custom font, a copy of Arial where the capital letter 'L' is replaced by the logo.

I have created RTF template with the font linked into the word properties.

The result PDF in wsj is appreciable.

The output from the printer is only a 'L' instead of the logo.

What am I doing wrong?

We have JDE 9.0 with a windows Batch server
