upgrade database error----from IP16 to IP17

in Siebel System Admin, Install and Upgrade (MOSC) Question

Hi Team,

we are upgrading from Siebel IP16 to Siebel IP17.

we are getting following error while upgrading siebel database in dev environment.

SQLError Statement 0 000000025ec228ac:0 2020-05-18 13:58:37 SQL Statement:

  CREATE INDEX S_INTFLD_UPROP_TMP3 on S_INTFLD_UPROP(NAME)

DBCLog DBCLogError 1 000000025ec228ac:0 2020-05-18 13:58:37 [1076673536][ODBC Oracle driver][Oracle]ORA-00955: name is already used by an existing object

First it's error out because archive log is full. here the log. after that we work with DBA team to resolve the issue.
