Weird characters on Balance Members?

This is only happening in our PROD environment, not DEV or TEST which makes it weird..  Seeing weird characters, not sure how these stared showing up or how to remove them. Any suggestions are appreciated!

No issue Reconciliations
Issue with Balance tab
Shows up on the recons
