Is an AuditTrail Needed on table IBY_ACCOUNT_OWNERS?

We are on EBS 12.2.7 and have the AuditTrail turned on to track changes to Banks, Bank Account and Branches and also on the Bank Account Owner info in IBY_ACCOUNT_OWNERS.  But this table has a Object Version column.  Does that table contain all changed data in that table so we don't really need to turn on the AuditTrail for it?
