How to Disable Kewill Compliance Program in Sales Order Booking Stage

Hello Team,

While we are Booking the Sales Order in Development instance it is calling the Kewill Compliance Program and it is failing. because of compliance is not set up in development instance.

Is there any way we can stop this Kewill Compliance Program process and book the sales order.

Please help me on this. Thanks in advance.
