How can I tell the buyer when he creates a PO from a requisition with the auto-create, that one of the item on the list is Lot Controled?

I need to find a way to inform the buyer that one of the item that he just put on the PO using the Auto-Create is Lot Controled.

We usually use the auto-creation function with requisitions having more than 25 lines and some lines of which are for items for which we must control the expiration dates.

I tried to put a personnalization on the lines. But user as to go on the line to triggerred it.
