Fresh install 12.2.9 with 19C Database

The installer from e-delivery comes only with 12C database.

Has someone here tried to install 12.2.9 with 19C DB?

What is your approach? I'm planning to do separate installation of DB and Middleware

I'm thinking something like this. 

1. Rapid Install - Fresh DB 12C and EBS 12.2.0  in DB node.

2. Upgrade DB 12C to 19C

3. Rapid Install - Upgrade File System to install EBS Middleware in separate node. (Connect to the upgraded 19C DB )

Let me know if you have better ideas , I'll appreciate any response.
