Apply for Graduation and Activity Guide in 9.2 Fluid

I am doing research for an Apply for Graduation activity guide.  We are on CS 9.2 Fluid PUM 16 (soon to be 17) and are trying to use fluid components only in student self service functions.

I see a HEUG enhancement request from 2017 for an Apply for Graduation activity guide, but I don't see that one was delivered.  (https://www.heug.org/index.php?module=issues&op=vi&iid=2694&type=14)

Is an Apply for Graduation activity guide template on the roadmap for CS 9.2 Fluid?
