VSS-00048: failed to put the datafile into backup mode when using container and pluggable db

Hi,

I have a similar or the same problem (see https://community.oracle.com/thread/4293939?start=15&tstart=0)

with Oracle 19c with "WINDOWS DATABASE BUNDLE PATCH 19.6.0.0.200115".

And sorry when this is a double post. I'm not sure if any one is reading my post in the old discussion.

When I make a backup from Azure Backup then the Oracle VSS Writer generates the following error in the event-log:

    VSS-00048: failed to put the datafile into backup mode

    ...

    Error at line : 4092

    Failure on Freeze event

    .

    In the Details in the Event-Log I found:

    ORA-01146: cannot start online backup - file 7 is already in backup.ORA-01110: data file 7: 'C:\ORACLE19\ORADATA\ORAIND\USERS01.DBF'.
