Imported T&L schedule attributes (deptid, project information, etc) and auto approvals

We are on  HCM9.2 and are looking to leverage the import process to bring in schedules from a third party workforce scheduling system.

I have a couple of questions and was wondering if anyone had a similar setup or could possibly speak from their experience:

1.  Will the accounting attributes included in the schedule propagate to reported time and (thus) not have to be entered manually by a manager or time reporter?

2.  Have any other customers had luck at auto approving payable time if it matches a postitive time reporter's cheduled time - again attempting to minimize manual steps whereever possible?
