TFACTL not sending email events

Hi, I'am using Oracle 12c installed on RHEL 7.5 and I sucefully configured TFA Analyzer to trace events.

My problem is that when I test the email notification with "tfactl sendemail" I get the email correctly but when I force to trigger an event, I can see the event triggered with "tfactl events" but I don't receive any email.
I check in "cat /var/mail/root" and I don't see any error and any email sent.

I found this directory with this error, I'am not sure if it is related with tfactl emails:

"cat .../diag/tfa/syserrorout.05.13.2020-10.50.17"
