SPARC S7-2 RAID configuration how to

Dear All,

I have one SPARC server build in Solaris 11, there are four disks and team mate told me to configure the RAID 6, I search the information about the raid configuration , but only find the command for zpool for mirror only, no idea how to configure the RAID 6.  May I know if there is any command to configure the RAID 6?   Please advise !
