Active active replication with IDENTITY column - 3 nodes RAC cluster

Hello, can you please assist/advise, how to handle this, the best practice to avoid any collision of PK, in this active/active configuration, we are using Shareplex replication.

The environment is a 3 nodes RAC cluster on 18.5, having Active/Active replication, using Shareplex.
