AIX 11.2.0.4 Manual Upgrade hangs

My Server is AIX 7.1 update 5

I have been install and upgrade grid success. but, I cannot upgrade RDBMS.

I'm installing Oracle 19c 64bit on AIX 7.1 success. but manual upgrade 11.2.0.4 to 19c with.

** this step, I've been waiting 10 hour. but it not working.

I found " Doc ID 2279735.1 " it same my problem.

I followed Workaround but not work.

Any help on this?
