Xstore 5.5.2.13 Integration fails with vertex tax

Hi Team,

We have running xstore version 5.5.2.13 and we currenly integrating to vertex tax systems.

We are facing the below issue during check.

ERROR:

Vertex service URL connection failurecom.sun.xml.ws.client.ClientTransportException: HTTP transport error: javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: Received fatal alert: handshake_failure :: nte.pos.register.tax.vertex.VertexCalculateTaxHelper.invokeTaxSystem(VertexCalculateTaxHelper.java:94) [REGISTER:OCP [User]]

ERROR          2020-05-14 15:51:02,837     An exception occurred while trying to invoke the tax system:  :: nte.pos.register.tax.vertex.VertexServiceTaxModifierCalculator.handleLineItemEvent(VertexServiceTaxModifierCalculator.java:57) [REGISTER:OCP [User]]

dtv.pos.register.tax.ext.TaxSystemException: Vertex service URL connection failure.

Questions:
Do we have create any certificate in Vertex system and have to import in xstore/xcenter or anything else.
