Download button in webadi

We have a requirement to create a parameterized webadi for one of the custom table. We all the setups and the webadi was created correctly. When we click on the newly created menu fiction to download this webadi we get to the screen where we can enter the values for the parameters. However after the webadi is downloaded and we click on the download button within the excel there we don't get the screen to enter new values for the parameters and webadi is downloaded with the same parameter values which were entered within application.
