How do we redirect OAM Custom Login Page to use Kerberos?

Hi, we have weblogic OAM 12.2.1.3 with java 1.8.0.xxx on RHEL 7.

We have configured two authentication schemes… 1) OID authentication, and 2) Kerberos Authentication.

We want to customize the login page for OID authentication to have the option of using Kerberos authentication.  How do we redirect the custom login page to use Kerberos authentication?  Any suggestions will be appreciated.
