Job bid tracking in EBS r12.3

Hello users,

We have a request to track union employee job bid tracking in Oracle.

Has anyone accomplished this in HCM?

If so - how and which forms are used?

We cannot use the Assignment Reason (off the Misc. tab) as this data is used to send to benefit vendors so we are looking for current functionality in EBS r12.3 to accomplish this.

Any and all suggestions would be appreciated.
